Suspicious Hyundai with unknown occupants on Fisher

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a possible suspicious vehicle, a Hyundai Kona, near Fisher Street and North Long Street. The occupants of the vehicle were unknown and units appeared to be in the area checking on the situation.
