Person threatens self-harm and possible harm to young child in San Ardo

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a reported suicide/self-harm threat near Annette St in San Ardo. A caller requested a welfare check on a woman (name withheld) who reportedly threatened to cut her wrist and may have threatened to harm a young child with her.
