Camper reported hitting dog with wire at RV lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a campground near Eagle Valley Road in Sanders, Kentucky, after a caller reported that a camper was possibly beating his dog with a wire. Another camper reportedly intervened, took the dog away, and the dog was later with a van at the location while deputies were requested to speak with the man accused of harming the dog.
