Unconscious woman breathing but unresponsive in Sanger

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units in Sanger responded Code 3 to a report of an unconscious woman in a carport area near K Street. The reporting neighbor said the woman was at first not breathing but later appeared to be breathing while still unresponsive, and that the neighbor has a history of being aggressive, causing concern about checking on them. A vehicle occupied by a man and a woman was reported at the scene.
