Suspicious door-to-door seller on scooter reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious person going door to door selling bug spray late at night near Colonial Drive in Sapulpa. The man was described as riding a scooter and wearing a hat, light blue shirt, and navy blue pants.
