Assistance requested for forced entry at Raystown Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, police, EMS, and fire units responded to a possible medical emergency requiring forced entry at a building on Raystown Road in Liberty Township. Crews initially went to an apparent wrong address and dispatch worked with the caller to clarify the correct location. A male already in police custody at the scene was reported to be banging his head and had a cut on his head.
