Vehicle blocking shoulder on I-294 entrance ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported traffic issue on the southbound entrance ramp to I-294 near the O'Hare Oasis, where a vehicle was apparently partially blocking the right shoulder near mile marker 37.7.
