Person located after EMS search at school and home

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS crews responded to a possible medical emergency involving a school and a nearby residence on 1st Street. Medic 28 arrived at the school but did not find the patient, while Squad 423 went to the patient's address and later confirmed contact with the patient who came outside.
