Eastern spur closed, traffic rerouted via western spur

It has come to our attention that the eastern spur is closed.

If you will be heading to the Port Authority, you will be forced to use the western spur and then utilizing Route 3 east and west to get to and from the Port Authority.

Again, eastern spur is closed.
