Vehicles stopped on ramp creating traffic hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible traffic hazard near the southbound ramp of I-65 in Sellersburg involving a semi truck on the shoulder and a pickup truck stopped in a lane of travel. The pickup appeared to be assisting the semi.
