Person treated after suspected drug overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a lot at a residence on East 29th Road in the Seneca area for a possible overdose. Radio traffic reports that the person was breathing slowly and had received one dose of Narcan. Seneca EMS and police were en route, and other responding units were later advised they could cancel if the scene remained under control.
