Female drowning at state fish hatchery in Senecaville

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS were dispatched to a reported female drowning at or near the state fish hatchery off Hatchery Road. Bicycle squad personnel and local first responders, along with a deputy, also responded to the scene.
