Unknown woman found inside residence near Elm Street in Sesser

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an unidentified woman inside a residence near North Elm Street. The reporting party stated she returned home and found the woman, described as having blonde hair and wearing shorts and a shirt, inside the house. The woman later left the area carrying a backpack.
