Vehicle swerving between lanes on Highway 2

This is J eleven.

I have a vehicle that's going eastbound on Highway 2, just coming into Shoveling.

The caller was not able to give me a description of the vehicle or a plate, but stated it was going over the fog line and in between both lanes.
