Boat found upside down at Silver Beach boat ramp

I believe the 10-7 described it as Silver Beach boat ramp.

The (name withheld), he stated he put his 17-foot Aquasport in the water yesterday and he just returned to the dock now and the vessel is upside down.

Negative persons in distress and negative persons on board the boat overnight.

10-4.
