Gas leak reported near Jack in the Box in Shepherd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were directed to stage near a fast-food restaurant along FM 1127 in Shepherd for a reported gas leak at a nearby location. Units were told not to go directly to the leak and to wait there until a command post was set up.
