As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a blue Honda driving carelessly and recklessly after turning from South 343 onto St. Joe's Road. An off-duty officer follows the vehicle, and it is later reported turning near the 800 block of Sandy Hook Road. Deputies appear to be attempting to locate the driver and check on a possible trespasser in the area.
