As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a green semi truck pulling a flatbed with generators, reportedly driving erratically eastbound on the interstate near mile marker 368 by Sioux Falls. The report came from a driver in a gray Ford Focus traveling ahead of the semi.
