As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a black Chevy Tahoe with several teenagers inside, traveling eastbound from the area of North 52nd West Avenue and West C Rogers Boulevard in Skiatook. The driver was said to be speeding and passing vehicles into oncoming traffic.
