Woman with late-stage cancer shows abnormal behavior

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to a hospice patient near Bigelow Hill Road. A 79-year-old woman with late-stage cancer was conscious, breathing, and showing abnormal but nonviolent behavior while emotionally distressed.
