Woman exhibiting distressed behavior in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported near South Main at Smiths Grove Speedway involving an older woman in a small black vehicle exhibiting distressed behavior, including moving around, banging on windows, and appearing to cry. Later reports indicated she was kicking, throwing herself around, and banging her head against the window.
