Welfare check after threats reported by caller

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check near East Center Street in Smithville after an out-of-state caller reported screenshots suggesting a woman at the location was making numerous threats. The caller also reported that the woman’s family was on the way to the area.
