Power line down on fence in Franklin Township yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a home near Main Street in Franklin Township for a report of a power line down in a backyard and lying across a fence. The caller stated this had been reported previously but the wire had not yet been removed. Separately, responders were requested to a business on University Drive in North Union for a report of an older male slumped over the wheel of a brown pickup truck with the doors locked.
