I have a call to suspicious people on Northeast Ranch Road and Calle de la Mitad going north on Ranch Road.

RP advised that there's two subjects riding bikes.

One is in a blue bike wearing white over black, 2nd wearing all black.

RP's concerned because there's has been several break-ins and he keeps finding tire marks on his property when there shouldn't be.
