Argument between women at beach parking area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent disturbance between two women at a beach near First Street. The caller stated she asked a child about their mother and the other woman then began yelling. The caller is reportedly waiting in a red Chevy Blazer.
