Downed electrical wire causes burn injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of downed electrical wires along East Race Street in Somerset. Radio traffic indicates that one person apparently came into contact with a wire that arced and may have suffered an electrical burn to the arm. The patient was found in a vehicle at the scene, and fire and medical units were dispatched, closed part of East Race Street, and requested utility and phone companies to address damaged house service lines.
