Elderly woman falls from wheelchair with hip and elbow pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 91-year-old female fell from her chair causing hip and elbow pain with low oxygen levels. She was transported to Somerset Hospital. The patient undergoes dialysis three times a week and had recently returned from dialysis treatment.
