Man in manic state shows stroke symptoms in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and rescue crews were dispatched to an apartment on Sarah Lane in Somerset for an adult man, around 60 years old, who was recently released from the hospital and is now showing possible stroke symptoms. Responders were advised to wait for law enforcement before entering because the man was reported to be in a manic state.
