Intoxicated person yelling in liquor store lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a liquor store near Highway 326 South regarding a reported intoxicated person screaming in the parking lot. A female was taken into custody. Another call in the same radio traffic mentioned a separate response to a motorist assist on Hawkins Way with a truck reportedly blocking all lanes of traffic.
