Branch touching line reported as no fire hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews checked a possible utility hazard near KS-96 and KS-61 and found no fire, only a small branch in contact with equipment. No power lines were down and the utility company was not needed, so the engine cleared the scene.
