I’m the caller who was hit by the male. I’m 64 and in a wheelchair. The male had grabbed the female and to stop that I yelled I called 911 and police were on the way. He then swung a reacher tool hitting my arm and backhanded me on the left side of my head. Police took my information, arrested the female being chased, and despite multiple witnesses let him go. I told all three officers I wanted to press charges, they said it’s his gf like that justified everything.

OMG!!!! I'm so disappointed in the police officers. Another case of not taking domestic violence , seriously , and endangering women. Also, he hit you, so you should be able to press charges and have him arrested.I mean , after all , you're in a wheelchair and your elderly , so that would constitute elder abuse. What is wrong with this world! i appreciate you calling 911, that's for sure.
