Motorcycle speeding wrong way on highway lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies reported a motorcycle traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes near Harmony and South Vienna. The vehicle was going at a very high speed but was not being pursued, and a possible accident was mentioned.
