Service truck blocking alley near park terminal

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a service or dump truck is apparently parked in an alley by a park terminal, blocking traffic and preventing units from getting through. Personnel are trying to locate the owner so the truck can be moved. A separate request is made for utility and control center support at an address on Ketchum Avenue.
