Driver reports being run off road by children

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call about a possible minor crash near Halsey Valley Road and Ellis Creek Road by Spencer. The caller reported that children on a dirt road apparently forced her vehicle off the road. She briefly confronted the children before they left, and she requested that law enforcement speak with their parents. The location was later clarified to be near Fisher Settlement Road in Spencer.
