Stop sign missing at Mill Street and State Route 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported that a stop sign and its post were missing near Mill Street and State Route 1, also known as Spencer Road, and requested county highway to replace it. Radio traffic also mentioned a possible hit-and-run involving a vehicle.
