Suspicious car speeds through church parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious red car speeding through the parking lot of a church on 113th Avenue Northeast in Spicer. The reporting person locked herself inside out of concern, and an officer went to check the area.
