Person slapped in family dispute at Spring home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a reported family assault at a residence on Dawngate Drive in Spring, where someone was allegedly slapped in the face. The suspected person was reported to have already left the scene before deputies arrived.
