As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at an apartment on West 2nd Street for a 30-year-old woman who was reportedly unconscious and not breathing after a suspected heroin overdose. Narcan was administered, including a second dose, and she became alert with her eyes open.
