Report of tampering with horses near roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible incident involving someone reportedly interfering with horses near Browns Crossroads Road in the Staley area. The caller was only able to say it was close to a specific address on that road, and the exact location was unknown.
