Suspicious person reported near Main Street bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man near a business on South Main Street. The caller said the man, who was not wearing a shirt and had gray sweatpants, went into the bathroom, may have used drugs, then left and was possibly walking on nearby railroad tracks toward Carruthers. Units checked the area.
