Officers confront knife-wielding person on 12th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted a man near 12th Street North and Park Avenue North after reports he had a knife. Less-lethal tools including a Taser and a 40 mm impact round were reportedly used. The man ran briefly before being taken into custody, and medics were requested to check his condition.
