I live out here. This is everday. We have alot of idiots who think its a racetrack. Usually an idiot in a black dodge. Sometimes its one in a multi color Dodge. There one in a ford dually. Frederick county and Shenandoah County sheriff offices are too lazy to cone out here. So, Ive started enforcing the laws out here
