Cardiac arrest and CPR for 69-year-old at Professor Brown Ln

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported cardiac arrest near Professor Brown Lane and Agnew Road in the Starr area. A patient in their late sixties was receiving CPR while advanced life support units were sent to the scene and later reported being on scene.
