As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported seizure medical issue at an apartment in the Cottage Apartments complex on East Jefferson Street in Stayton. A 66-year-old man was conscious and breathing but was believed to be at risk of another seizure, and the response was upgraded to an emergency level.
