Report of intoxicated driver on Highway 40

I seen eastbound a dark jeep with Colorado plate (number withheld) almost hit the RP head on, unable to maintain lanes.

RP is willing and followed and confronted the driver at the Maverik and Steamboat.

Advised that the party smelled like ETOH and got back in the vehicle and continued eastbound on 40.

They're on the authority of Route 2146.
