Reported suicide attempt at assisted living facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responds to a reported psychiatric/suicide attempt near Hallelujah Dr, where an adult resident at a Sterling Silver Assisted Living location reportedly tried to strangle themself with Christmas lights and attempted to jump from a high structure. Staff are reportedly restraining the person while troopers and Medic/Engine units respond.
