Person with chest pain and breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a residence near Seagull Circle for a person with chest pain and apparent breathing difficulty. Additional units were sent to a location near West Morehead Street for a reported allergic reaction involving someone having trouble speaking between breaths.
