Suspicious vehicle shining headlights into windows

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near a vineyard in the Stone Ridge area of Marbletown, after a caller reported a vehicle parked for about 20 minutes with its headlights shining into building windows. No vehicle description was available.
