Welfare check after father hears screaming on call

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check near Center Lane in Stonington after a father reported that when he called his adult daughter he only heard screaming when she answered. The daughter later appeared to return the call, and units were eventually told they could disregard.
