Low wire reported on Kinsley Street, no hazard found

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders checked a reported low-hanging wire near Kinsley Street. A chief also responded to an alarm at a location on Wheeler Circle. Both situations were determined to be unfounded with no apparent hazard.
